All you have to do say the street address and city and the voice instructions will start.

This enables you to share maps with other navigators and to correct or make additions to your existing maps. There are extensive maps already pre-loaded onto this TomTom. There are actually more maps installed than other systems have, there is the USA, Canada and Europe.

Other than the new features, the TomTom GO 920 Portable GPS Vehicle Navigator also has many of the standard features, just better. There is, for example, the 4 Gb internal flash memory that allows you to add information or maps of other countries or areas. Plenty points of interest can also be saved with such a large internal memory capacity. The LCD display is also large, being 4.3 inches and this makes it easy to view, even when driving. There is also a Bluetooth technology included which allows the driver to connect the navigator to a cell phone and which can then be used to make phone calls, without having to hold any devices.

The TomTom GO 920 Portable GPS Vehicle Navigator can be used for up to five hours before the batteries empty. The navigator comes with rechargeable batteries, so you will also not have to purchase any. It can be taken anywhere with you, because it is also thinner than the older versions of the TomTom navigators. There are many languages that can be used for this device, such as Spanish, German or even Finnish. The TomTom GO 920 Portable GPS Vehicle Navigator also includes traffic updates and re-calculates your route within seconds.
